- Orders are shipped via UPS unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Any special shipping requirements must be discussed and agreed to in advance of shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be added to the cost of merchandise ordered.
Return Policy
- Satisfaction is guaranteed with all Scenewise products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return it to us at the below address within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund.
- The original receipt must accompany the returned item. Product must be returned undamaged, unmarked, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
